All orders are shipped from our international warehouses.

A tracking number from Avalore Jewelry will be sent by email once the order has left our warehouse.

Orders are properly packed to ensure quality.

    When can I expect my order?
    We usually need 1–3 business days to process your order.
    Delivery times within the US are typically 4–8 business days (Monday to Saturday).

    My delivery time has passed where is my order?
    Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, but delays can happen.

    Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
    To ensure smooth delivery, please enter an accurate email address at checkout.
    While creating an account is optional, it makes tracking your package easier.

    Tracking Issues
    If you experience issues with your tracking number or package delivery, we recommend:
    1. Contacting the courier directly as a first step.
    2. Allowing 1–4 business days for your tracking information to appear online.
    In rare cases, tracking may not update, but your order will still be on the way.
