Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Consumer: Any individual acting for personal purposes, not for trade or business, who enters into a distance contract with the Entrepreneur.
Entrepreneur (Seller): The company offering goods and/or services to consumers remotely.
Day: Calendar day.
Durable medium: Any medium that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information in a way that allows future access unchanged.
Distance contract: A contract concluded through online or remote communication between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Means of distance communication: Any method that allows conclusion of a contract without the parties being physically present.
General Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer in the United States.
Before a distance contract is concluded, these Terms will be made available to the consumer.
If the contract is concluded electronically, the Terms will be accessible in a format that can be stored and reproduced.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and will be replaced by a valid provision reflecting the original intent.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers are non-binding and subject to change until order confirmation.
Descriptions and product images are for informational purposes only. Actual colors or appearance may vary slightly.
Each offer clearly specifies:
The total price including taxes.
Any shipping or handling costs.
The method of payment and delivery.
The estimated delivery time.
Any return or warranty limitations.
Article 5 – The Agreement
A contract is formed when the consumer places an order and receives electronic confirmation from the entrepreneur.
The entrepreneur will use reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure online payments and data transmissions.
If a product is unavailable, the entrepreneur reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Article 6 – Returns and Refunds
Consumers may return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:
The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless the return results from an error or defect attributable to the entrepreneur.
Article 7 – Exclusions from Returns
Returns are not accepted for:
Custom or personalized items.
Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
Digital or downloadable goods.
Gift cards.
Final sale or clearance items.
Article 8 – Prices and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable sales taxes are applied at checkout.
The entrepreneur reserves the right to change prices prior to order confirmation.
If a typographical or pricing error occurs, the entrepreneur is not obligated to fulfill the order at the incorrect price.
Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that all products conform to the description and are free from material defects at the time of shipment.
If a defect is found, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur within 30 days of receipt.
At the entrepreneur’s discretion, the remedy may be repair, replacement, or refund.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
Damage occurring after delivery due to handling or storage errors.
Article 10 – Delivery
Orders are shipped to the consumer’s designated address.
The entrepreneur will make reasonable efforts to deliver within a maximum of 12 days of order confirmation.
If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified and may cancel the order for a full refund.
Article 11 – Subscription or Continuing Services
Where applicable, subscription contracts may be canceled by the consumer with one month’s written notice.
Automatic renewals will only occur with the consumer’s explicit consent.
Article 12 – Payment
Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment systems.
The consumer must ensure that all payment information is accurate.
In case of non-payment, reasonable collection costs and legal fees may be charged.
Article 13 – Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted via email to: support@avalore-jewelry.com within 7 days of discovering the issue.
The entrepreneur will acknowledge receipt within 14 days and provide a substantive response within a reasonable time.
If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, either party may pursue remedies available under Wyoming law.
Article 14 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
